Luxury Residential Complex in Central London

Guncast designed, supplied and installed this ultra-high level, luxury swimming pool and spa for the affluent residents of an upscale residential complex in Central London.

Residents can enjoy exercise,  relaxation and hydrotherapy in a 25 metre Guncast swimming pool, and the accompanying 8m x 5m vitality pool. Both are porcelain-finished and with a constant depth of 1.2 metres,  can be used for swimming, water aerobics, hydrotherapy,  massage and more. The vitality pool features an air lounger neck massager, a shoulder massager, a 3-tier jet, a foot massager, an air geyser, spa seat jets and a bubble track.

The bespoke, luxurious spa features a sauna, steam room and feature shower in the main spa, and private residence only female sauna and steam rooms for the ultimate in relaxation and wellness.

The KLAFS Hemlock saunas were installed with a hidden Bonotherm heater and two tier seating. The brown-grey wood of hemlock conifers is ideal for saunas since it contains very few imperfections and and provides excellent heat radiation within the cabin.

The KLAFS steam rooms include a cantilever bench and under bench lighting, along with essence injection which infuses the space with either a selection of tropical fruit essences or perhaps a eucalyptus  infusion, perfect for providing an energizing fragrance and an electrifying effect on the skin.
